Fantastic Stay and Location

The room felt spacious. the hotel seemed recently remodeled, and i liked the layout convenience. its location is really good. It's close to gare st lazare and several shops and restaurants. i found many historic buildings nearby.

the reception was closed a couple of times. we couldn't go in when it was supposed to be open 24 hours. the breakfast was nothing special, especially considering the price.

the staff was helpful and accommodating , they quickly addressed all requests. the manager assisted with sending the invoice promptly via email after checkout. overall, i experienced courteous and efficient service from the hotel team.

Wonderful stay downtown

i booked a beautiful double room and it was bigger than i expected. the air conditioning worked very well, which i appreciated given the warm weather. i also liked that the hotel let me store my luggage before check-in.

the lift felt quite old. it got stuck on the ground floor several times. this was a bit inconvenient, especially when i had heavy luggage.

broken safeclogged shower

The room was quite small, and some maintenance issues existed. The safe was broken, so I couldn't use it! A closet door wouldn't close properly, and that let light into the room all night. The shower drain was also clogged and water sprayed all over the bathroom, a bad experience.
